CHALLENGE FUTURE'S ROUTE LEADS TO IZMIR UNIVERSITY OF ECONOMICS
Izmir University of Economics managed to reach the final stage of an international students’ competition called ‘Challenge Future’ last year which was organized in 2010 for the first time with a view to disclosing new ideas related to creativity, innovation and future. Izmir University of Economics initiated the application of this competition this year.
In order to motivate the participation of the youth, ‘Challenge Future Chapters’ has been founded in eleven countries led by Slovenia, Bulgaria, England, Macedonia and Czech Republic. This mission was given to Izmir University of Economics in Turkey.
Damla Aktan, an expert in the International Relations Office at Izmir University of Economics, one of the competitors of last year’s competition, said that Challenge Future Chapters is utterly important to ensure the development of students in fields such as Project acquisition and innovation. She added that the students who participate in Challenge Future Chapters will get a chance to improve their own development through educational seminars and discussion programs of which organisation has already been planned. The universities and schools in the network of Challenge Future Chapters will be able to have international relations with one another and they will become a part of a substantial infrastructure in order to make a difference. The problems we have in our country are the same problems we come across in the whole world. The youth of today is going to solve the problems of our future world. The main objective of this network is to educate the youth in a solution-oriented manner.
Those students of Izmir university of Economics, who would like to get prepared prior to the second competition in 2011, can apply in the Office of international Affairs at Izmir University of Economics.

Challenge Future is recognized as one of the most important student organisations in the world which was organized in 2010 for the first time. The students who reached the final stage and the organizers of the competition decided to initiate the application of the competition and, by doing so, to create a better future after the competition. The young participants of the first competition formed chapters in their own countries and it is aimed to make his organisation known everywhere to lead young people in the right direction and to find solutions to the problems that are the same all over the world.
