ERASMUS STUDENTS CAME TOGETHER IN FAREWELL DINNER
Izmir University of Economics not only sends lots of students to abroad but also hosts students in Turkey from Europe with ERASMUS agreements.
Having had 69 agreements with 21 Countries, this fall semester, Izmir University of Economics hosted and trained 23 students in Izmir. As well as education, having visited the historical places, the students learned Turkey and Izmir. They also took an important role for promoting the country.
23 students from 10 countries in 2010-2011 Academic Year say good bye to Turkey with the Farewell Dinner which was arranged by Izmir University of Economics International Relations. Besides foreign students, International Relations Office Director Asst. Prof. Dr. Mahmut Ali Gökçe, Student Affairs Director Nergiz Filiz, Instructors and International Relations Staff attended to the diner at Izmir Konagi. Students having had education in different departments of Izmir University of Economics, mentioned not only about the qualified education but also about Izmir’s being wonderful and they would visit again.
