MOST DELICIOUS WORKSHOP
Chocolate and Cake Workshop which has been arranged by Izmir University of Economics Continuous Education Centre (EKOSEM) and Culinary Arts Management, draws a great interest. Having started with chocolate and cake workshops trainings will continue with different cooking workshops.
In the workshop by Movenpick Hotel Chocolate and Cake Expert Mustafa Kesen, the attendants had very enjoyable and educative time. They also had the opportunity of learning delicious recipes.
Workshop with 22 attendants will continue till 5th of March. EKOSEM director Asst. Prof. Yiğit Kazançoğlu stated that the workshops EKOSEM and Culinary Arts Management Department cooperation have great interest. He also stated that ‘’as EKOSEM we arrange lots of different workshops and courses. Last years we had courses like Italian Cuisine and Aegean Cuisine. According to demands this year we arranged Chocolate and Cake Workshop and we are planning to start its 2nd and 3rd. Addition to these, we are planning to arrange Far East, French and Balkan Cuisine courses. Although there were more demands we kept the number of attendants 22 to provide more productive education. Attendants enjoyed a lot.’’
