AKALIN, RECHARGED HER BATTERY AT IUE
Being one of the favourite pop singers of Turkiye, Demet Akalın gave a concert before her long playing record at Izmir University of Economics.
Having been the first in the questionnaire which was done among students within the context of Tenth Year Spring Fest, Demet Akalın put her mark on festival. Thousands of students attended to concert in Open Air Theatre and sang Akalın’s songs together.
Demet Akalın sang lots of songs from pop music to Turkish Art Music for 1.5 hours. At the end of the concert Festival Team Captain Engin Kıbrıslı gave a plaque to Akalın on behalf of all Izmir University of Economics students.
