CONTINUOUS EDUCATION CENTER (EKOSEM) WILL TRAIN BROKERS
The certificate programme which is given only by Yıldız Technical University in Turkey will be offered by Izmir University of Economics in Aegean Region. The leading figures of finance and real estate sector will give applied training for the profession, which is a promising career in the business sector between October 7-9 and October 15-16. The training programme offered by EKOSEM for 42 hours aims to train brokers in İzmir, Manisa, Aydın, Denizli, Balıkesir, Muğla and Çanakkale.
We will meet the needs of the sector
Stating that they cooperate with Kariyer Net to increase the number of experts and to expand the sector in an effective way, Asst. Prof. Yiğit Kazançoğlu, Chairman of EKOSEM, said “ the interest of Turkish consumers in use of loans shows that the market for the use of loans will expand in a shorter time than anticipated. In this period, HR and career companies have heavier responsibilities in training experts to meet the needs of the consumers. By cooperating with MMI Group and Kariyer Net, we are planning to meet the needs for staff of the banks, construction companies and real estate companies which will employ Mortgage Brokers and Personal Loan Consultants.“
A career plan which will glad the age group of 20-45
Pointing out that Turkey needs 25.000 brokers, Alp Demirler, MMI Group General Director and International Mortgage Broker, said “The sector prefers to work with those experts in order to be informed of the developments in the sector quickly and to learn the most appropriate loan opportunity for itself. Many demands come from every region of Turkey. On a daily basis, a Mortgage Broker and Personal Loan Consultant get 100 loan applications on average. It is not possible to meet such a big demand. Therefore, we must train the human force so as to meet those demands.“
The first training programme for “Mortgage Brokers and Personal Loan Consultants” in İzmir University of Economics will commence on October 7th.
