MONTENEGRIN STUDENT HAS MET WITH HIS PRESIDENT AT IUE
President of Montenegro Filip Vujanovic, who’s been invited by Izmir Chamber of Commerce, has visited Izmir University of Economics. President Vujanovic had a conversation with Dzenana Kurga, a Montenegrin student who has an EXPO scholarship to Izmir University of Economics.
After having lunch at Izmir Konağı with Izmir Governor Cahit Kıraç, President of Board of Trustees Ekrem Demirtaş and members of the Board of Trustees, Filip Vujanovic has visited IUE. He has visited the library, the Faculty of Communication, and the Faculty of Fine Arts and Design and got information from faculty members and chatted with the students. He’s been briefed by Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Tunçdan Baltacıoğlu and Vice Rector Oğuz Esen about the education system of IUE. President Filip Vujanovic has stated that he has been impressed with Izmir University of Economics.
At the end of his visit, President Ekrem Demirtaş invited President Filip Vujanovic’s son, who’s going to graduate from high school this year, to be a student at Izmir University of Economics and President Vujanovic has expressed his gratitude and stated that they would glad to accept this kind offer.
