THEY CONQUERED SOCIAL MEDIA FRENCH CLIP
Izmir University of Economics French Club promoted their French Language and Culture focused activities through social media.
Their social media adventure, which began with the Facebook page they created to share various activities, opened new doors for Club members. French Department students, under the guidance of French Department lecturer Utkan Boyacıoğlu and Faculty of Fine Arts and Design, Department of Visual Communication Design student Aylin Karaman, created a clip which drew lots of attention on YouTube and other similar sites.
Utkan Boyacıoğlu stated that the video clip was made for the benefit of a well known social aid organization in France. He said, “Such activities not only help our students learn the French language, but French culture as well. We received very nice compliments about the video clip, which was a first for us.”
