CORPORATE AWARENESS TRAINING AT IZMIR UNIVERSITY OF ECONOMICS
154 IUE Administrative Staff, who successfully completed the “Corporate Awareness and Rules of Behaviour’’ training organized by Izmir University of Economics Rectorate, received their certificates with a ceremony. IUE Rector Prof. Dr. Oğuz Esen awarded the certificates to trainers Assoc. Prof. Dr. Gülem Atabay, Asst. Prof. Dr. Burak Çapraz, Asst. Prof. Dr. Ayşe Nazlı Ünnü, and Prof. Dr. Jülide Kesken and the administrative personnel.
The Rector, who made a speech at the ceremony that took place at the Multi-Purpose Hall of IUE Faculty of Fine Art and Design, said that establishing corporate ties through training intended for academic and administrative personnel in accordance with the 2013 – 2023 Strategic Plan was their anchor point and they realized one of their goals within this context.
Prof. Dr. Esen stated that as a result of the Corporate Awareness and Rules of Behaviour Training, the values of the institution were set forth. “We instilled the corporate values, corporate communication of written and unwritten rules. We aimed to enrich our institution by allowing our administrative personnel to establish better communication with students, graduates, academic personnel through this training. Total of 154 staff received 64 hour training in one and a half month. Our trainings will continue. We are planning on providing courses such as stress and time management,” stated Prof. Dr. Esen.
