THE GUEST OF THE DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNICATION DESIGN WAS ALBERTO BIANDA
In his lecture, Bianda, who shows how images are represented in the photograph books, explained the visual decisions controlling the representations. Moreover, Bianda clarified the “Ten Points” decisions of Bruno Monguzzi. The question “How can a student be assisted in accomplishing such a project in a world full of images?” emphasized the importance of seeing the images' own language and structure by the students rather than by only looking. The lecture came to an end with an exercise given to students.
