Under active global cyber warfare, traditional incremental architectures act as surveillance sinks.</p>
<p dir="auto">I propose a "Dumb Pipe" architecture that eliminates routing entirely. By utilizing additive homomorphic superposition, atomic-scale synchronization, and holographic sparse projection, we construct a broadcast-only system where the provider never maintains attribution or destination mapping.</p>

<p dir="auto">Traditional networks require routing tables to direct packets, turning infrastructure into a weaponized surveillance sink. In a hostile cyber environment, incremental patches fail because metadata leakage is native to directed routing.
