<p dir="auto">I think you would float better? Probably? Would it hurt more? Would all the released carbon dioxide in the vicinity of the pool be a problem?</p>

It would be highly concentrated near the surface and would displace the O2 so when you tried to take a breath near the surface you’d not get enough O2 and would eventually asphyxiate. Just a guess though.</p>
