AND in a game, I found the answer:

I was playing Minecraft, and on a Vanilla multiplayer server WITHOUT economy, trading

Was

Actually

More comfortable than a capitalist economic system (inside of the game), in my opinion!

For trading to be easy and public-available, these conditions for items/services must be met:

They must be required by people, the majority need to find it useful for 'it' to be valuable enough for trading

'it' needs to be expendable, so trading "circles" dont get completed and closed

So inside the game, we used the following as our popular choices for trading:

As big-value we use claimblocks which you get by voting, so they are time-limited, you cant collect them any faster or automate the process (insert something about fungabilty? Idk). Claimblocks are used to claim chunks and thus protect your land (super useful FOREVER). 1 claimblock is worthy roughly 32 diamonds.

As smaller-value, we use diamonds. They ALSO require some effort and are also usually worth to everyone. This processs can be semi-automated, but diamonds are NOT useful to everyone, but they can still be used to trade, and some people find use for it.

Again something abut fungability...

Not to mention services and high-quantity lower-value items.

So all of this sounds complicated, but you get used to a non-capitalist trading system VERY FAST, and I personally find it fun!

Experiment with games 1st, then try it IRL ( but for this you should ideally have some sort of production of your own (got example chickens, eggs, milk, farm products like hay, services like construction and electrical work, maybe like gift-card equilevent of services or help in the future (alternative to borrowing money), etc.

This is how people did it in the past, and it was better.

Post you comments opinions and improvementa, more examples, etc.

JUST CHAT DONT MAKE THIS POST DIE EASILY, RESIST!!
