<![CDATA[Rockettes pinball (1950)]]>Pretty sure the Rockettes are well known in the US & Canada, not sure about elsewhere so: they are a precision dance troupe out of NYC, started in 1925 and still going strong 101 years on. They're known for holiday shows, large synchronized dance numbers, and leggy high kick chorus lines.

Despite their often leggy costumes, the actual Rockettes do not perform in bikinis, so the pinball is playing it up for sex appeal.

They play the Sydney state theater once in a while, and maybe... mmm... Adelaide or so? Depending on viable vs prohibitive distances and such, it's possible to see 'em without a trip to NYC.
