<![CDATA[What if AIDS and COVID were created deliberately by a group of shady rich Americans?]]>I think about this one a bit, could international relations survive with the United States even if it's a small group within their country who are responsible?

Certainly, right wing politicians benefitted from these crisises, and had no heart during then. I believe they've shown morally many of them would easily stoop to this. So I have to wonder if it might be true.
