Trial Progression Details

Wilson Sonsini, Google’s legal counsel, filed a motion to dismiss the lawsuit, but the judge did not accept it.

In response to the dismissal of the lawsuit, Wilson Sorni argued that Gemini’s output is protected under the “freedom of expression” of the United States Constitution, Article I. This is a claim that lacks logical and legal validity, and a hearing related to the case is currently scheduled for December 2.
