<![CDATA[People with pollen allergies, what do you do to deal with the symptoms?]]>It's hitting hard for me at the moment and it's making me miserable. What do you do to combat the torture of allergies?

Pollen allergies are why I really dislike Spring and Summer. I'd rather deal with a Winter cold than Spring/Summer allergies.
