#Terranigma #emulation

Looking at the promotional materials on the PC pages, the surrounding UI reminds me a bit of the Carbon Engine, LRG's proprietary emulator:

https://www.gog.com/en/game/terranigma

Saw some sporadic people in two other forums I follow (GBAtemp and Steam's) complaining it's not going to be a remaster. Not many people were engaging in the discussions I found overall (either on the topic or overall about the port), but those complaining seemed sure it's going to be emulated, or at least an 1:1 graphical port. No confirmation of either but seems others suspicions go in a similar line.

But, if either those complaining are a representation of a relevant part of the community, or a small group trying to manipulate things, I think this talk on GDC 2016, "It's Just Emulation" from Frank Cifaldi, is relevant in both cases:

Plus it's a far more legit way to get your ROMs.
