I personally have enjoyed working through that bundle. My only issue is the videos are all by different people so if you enjoy one instructor then when the next set of videos come along its another person you may not like. The videos are for Godot 4.0 so the UI is slightly changed since then.

See if the SkyBlivion or SkyWind teams have assets you can use.
