I guess everyone who leaves their house daily will have some kind of list.
Mine~
Car keys,
Wallet,
Phone,
Headphones,
Leatherman multitool,

Is it legally possible to explicitly exclude the use of content (text, images, code, etc.) for the purpose of training AI models by including a corresponding clause in the terms of use?

When the AI bots come crawling they don't care for licensing. They will vacuum up the data and throw it into the pot of big data. If you can reasonably prove they broke the license by sucking up your data and distributing via their models you may be able to convince a judge to award damages IF you suffered a loss.

Once working at the bottom of a radio tower with people up the tower. After about an hour and a half I remembered I should be wearing a hardhat. 5 min later one of the guys up the tower dropped a wrench and it hit pretty much where I was standing without the hardhat.
