Not really looking for a how to guide. But lets say I take my gf son and she allows me to go see a movie in another state. Is that it? What if I had a gun and cross state lines? Is that like two charges of trafficing?

Taking a kid across a state border against the mums wish may be trafficking but will likely just be kidnapping.Taking them across a state border to give to someone is likely going to be trafficking territory.
