Alternative ways to build a development board enclosure?

I've been working on a development board for a while now. To finalize the product, some people recommend printing a case (I don't have a 3D printer). Do you have any other suggestions (the most fun ones are also welcome), or should I invest in this type of machine?

I lurked most of the time, especially when the captcha system got out of hand. Mu, co, tv, r9k, trv, TG, v, fit, ck also, po & toy when I wanted something I wasn't interested in doing but wanted to see something other people liked. Also the porn boards. I visited pol to see news, but didn't agree with the opinions there. The site has a bad reputation due to b and pol. The other boards have a lot of interesting new culture stuff and honest opinions that are pragmatic and nihilist. Unfortunately lots of astroturfing also happened there. I also hung out in 420chan and britchan. Those were a lot slower, and RIP. It's just a nice format for a board.

Robbie Williams? (from US, best friend used to have "Millennium" on repeat for a spell) I honestly thought at first that this was a Jonas brother or maybe post-reconstructive surgery Zac Ephron, but that didn't make sense with the UK part of the question. Edit: I see I'm correct. But I honestly only dug into that part of my mind because I recalled both the aforementioned single and the general thing, stemming back to those days, that he was like huge in the UK but practically nowhere else. In other words, the question itself served as a clue to who he was (meaning he is apophatic--I only recognize him because I am aware of his absence)

Ah it looks like the advice here is very similar to the other post. "hey if you're a man i'm gonna need you to never approach a woman who's alone at night time. don't care what your intention is - unless it's an emergency, don't. you probably have no idea what the jolt of terror and/or the gnawing dread feels like in these situations. thanks."
