Here are some inaugural nominations for Chump of the Week in the first week of September 2026:
JD Vance: chump who recently said he's OK with bringing about the "End Times" among other inappropriate religion-based statements, which is obviously beneath the honor of the office he holds and in clear violation of the principle of separation of church and state
Leon Black: chump who was very obviously involved with Epstein's child sex trafficking operations, who has failed to appear for his congressional deposition and is suing Congress for investigating his crimes
Vladimir Putin: chump who has been a humiliating failure as Russia's leader, and also is a general long-term evildoer
Trump could be nominated any week, but realistically this will just be boring if Trump is the Chump of the Week all the time.
