I made a free browser strategy game — Kingdom Rising: Build, Raid, Rule
Hey everyone! I’ve been working on Kingdom Rising, a free browser-based strategy game where you build up your own fantasy kingdom and raid other players.
The core loop is:
- 🏰 Build and upgrade your kingdom
- 💰 Manage gold and wood
- 🛡️ Build walls, cannons and archer towers to defend your base
- ⚔️ Train an army and choose your units for each raid
- 🔭 Scout other kingdoms before attacking
- 🏆 Earn trophies and climb the global leaderboard
Buildings can be upgraded through 40 levels, and your defenses automatically fight off attackers while you're being raided.
No download — you can play directly in your browser:

I'm still working on the game and would really appreciate feedback, especially on the gameplay loop, balance, base building and anything that feels confusing or annoying.
