Stopped by Motsu Hino in Hino, Tokyo for their signature offal stew. The pork offal is crazy tender—it basically melts in your mouth! They’ve got a bunch of flavors like traditional miso and soy sauce, plus unique ones like curry and mapo.
I went with the Motsu Hino Set (soy sauce flavor) for ¥1,350. You get self-serve miso soup and can pick either a raw egg or natto on the side. Added a bit of garlic and a heavy shake of shichimi to mine, and wow... it did not disappoint. Absolutely lived up to the hype! 🍲🔥
