This is an awful diagram. Who puts the mobo above the case and not connect the PSU to power or the mobo? And don't even get me started on the length of those PSU cable.
Not all are lazy, some just don't know.
My in-laws didn't clean the dust out of their PC for almost a decade because when they purchased it, no one told them to clean the filter on the front.
