LAUNCH at 0240 UTC Aug 24 of a Soyuz-2-1b/Fregat from Plesetsk. It placed a Russian Defense Ministry satellite in orbit. The sat is likely to have the codename Kosmos-2619 and is suspected to be a Glonass navigation satellite.
