[Remote / International] Looking for a Long-Term Part-Time Technical Communication Partner - Paid, Flexible, Performance-Based
-
I’m a U.S.-based senior full-stack developer with more than 11 years of professional software development experience. I’m looking for one person interested in building a serious, long-term professional collaboration involving technology, communication, and coordination.
I can handle the technical side, including software development, technical research, problem-solving, coding support, interview preparation, debugging, and other technical tasks.
I’m looking for someone who communicates professionally, can understand technical discussions, and is comfortable coordinating with both technical and non-technical people.
This is a paid, part-time collaboration with flexible hours. Compensation will be performance-based and tied to clearly defined tasks, deliverables, or agreed outcomes.
Before any work begins, we will agree in writing on:- The specific task or deliverable
- The expected result and acceptance criteria
- The payment amount
- The deadline and estimated time commitment
- When and how payment will be made
There will be no unpaid trial work. Initial conversations to determine whether we are a good fit are informal and do not involve completing work.
A strong candidate would ideally have: - Strong professional English communication skills
- Experience in software development, engineering, IT, technical support, technical recruiting, or another technology-related area
- A basic understanding of software projects and development teams
- The ability to follow discussions involving APIs, databases, frontend/backend development, testing, debugging, deployment, cloud systems, AI, or automation
- Confidence communicating with technical and non-technical people
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills
- Reliability and genuine interest in a long-term collaboration
You do not need to be a senior developer. Someone with junior or mid-level technical experience could be a strong fit if they communicate well, learn quickly, and are comfortable discussing technical subjects.
Experience in any of these areas would be helpful: - Web or software development
- Frontend or backend development
- APIs and system integrations
- Databases
- Cloud infrastructure and deployment
- Testing and debugging
- AI or automation
- Technical support
- Technical recruiting
- Project or engineering coordination
This opportunity may suit someone who is currently between roles, exploring a career transition, or coming from a technical background and interested in more communication-focused work.
The work is remote, part-time, and flexible. Location is open as long as you are fluent in English and comfortable working in an international professional environment.
I prefer to begin with a one-on-one Lemmy text conversation so we can discuss our backgrounds, expectations, availability, and working styles. If there appears to be a good fit, we can move to voice or video conversations later.
If interested, please send me a private message containing: - A short introduction
- Your technical or professional background
- Technologies or technical areas you understand
- Your current availability
- Your time zone
- What interests you about this collaboration
- An example of a situation where you communicated or organized technical information
This is intended as a genuine long-term, paid professional collaboration-not an unpaid internship, equity-only arrangement, or one-time informal request.
