Tidöregeringen beställde en utredning om parallellsamhällen, dvs parallella maktstrukturer vid sidan av de officiella. Så kallade parallella samhällsstrukturer. Utredningen konstaterar det inte går att påvisa några sådana i Sverige men det skulle kunna finnas så därför föreslår de åtgärder mot något som inte finns.
