Seeking a Long-Term Technical Communication and Collaboration Partner

I currently run a small, informal collaboration group, and there is room for one more person. This is not a company or a formal organization. It is simply a small group built around long-term professional collaboration.

I’m looking to connect with a motivated person who is interested in building a meaningful, long-term professional collaboration.

This is a networking and collaboration opportunity, not a formal job posting. We’ll discuss the scope, responsibilities, time commitment, and possible compensation clearly before making any commitment.

I’d especially like to meet someone with:

• Strong professional English communication skills
• Experience in software development, engineering, IT, recruiting, mentoring, coordination, or another technology-related field
• The ability to understand technical conversations and explain ideas clearly
• Confidence communicating with people from different backgrounds
• A responsible attitude and genuine interest in building a long-term professional relationship

Technical experience would be a strong advantage, but it isn’t required. If you communicate well, approach problems thoughtfully, and are willing to learn about technical topics, I’d still be happy to hear from you.

This could be a good fit for someone who is looking for a new opportunity, changing careers, or preparing for a professional transition. Experience with mentoring, interviewing, recruiting, coordinating communication, supporting candidates, or helping others reach professional goals would be highly valued.

Location isn’t a limitation. You can be based anywhere as long as you’re fluent in English and comfortable communicating in an international environment.
