Keep in mind that it's been nearly 15000 years so some wear and tear on the sites is to be expected. You can confirm all of these on google earth any time you want.
These ships are all the same size and shape; 400km diameter, 100km high, disc shaped craft. I know that sounds huge, it is what it is.

Site #1: Let's start with the western hemisphere. Head on down to where the land bridge between South America and Antarctica was wiped out. It went into the ocean on the west side and swept through the land bridge, smearing it along the ocean floor and leaving only a crescent moon shaped set of islands remaining. You can measure the general diameter of the ship to be 400km across.
Site #2: Head up to the caribbean sea. On the east side you can see a 400km wide path pushing the eastern islands into the same pattern as down south.
Site #3: The trench to the south of the cayman islands where one went directly into the Earth. You can measure the width of the trench to get the height of the craft which is 100km. It rolled after crashing stretching the trench to 1200km so it can't be used to confirm the diameter again but it does confirm the disc shape.
Site #4: On the east side of Hudsons Bay, Canada, you'll see a half circle of 400km in diameter with the islands in the clearly made by the pressure of the impact.
Site #5: The Kara Sea in northern Russia, 400km circular zone next to the defrosted end of Novaya Zemlya
Site #6: One came down from the north of Japan striking the area that is now the Sea of Japan, then bouncing over and smearing the southern part of the island down into the philippine sea creating the northern Mariana islands, Guam, and Palau.
Site #7, #8: Dead center of Australia, southern part of the northern territory. 400km wide compressed earth crash site. The center of another 400km wide mark is at Karijini National park on the west side of Australia. The Gibson desert nature reserve in between the two has quite a bit of fractal scarring, but then again so does most of the rest of Australia too.
Site #9 South Africa, 400km crash zone. Just west of the massive lightning burn called Lesotho.
Site #10 Central Namibia, 400km wide crash zone in the center of the country. Possibly bounced to the northwest.
Site #11 Dark spot in central Libya is a graze followed by a 400km wide crash zone in the south west mostly covered in sand.
Site #12 Xinjiang desert is 400km wide and is highly likely to be a crash zone. The entire desert area is ringed with fractal damage.

Honourable mention: Labrador sea into Baffin bay has potential.

There are plenty of suspected places throughout North Africa and the Middle East blocked by sand, as well as many areas in the oceans that can't be fully confirmed due to degradation. The eastern asian seas all have potential to be crash/bounce zones. Large areas near New Zealand and Fiji also have potential. Due to the risen sea levels since the event, there is a chance that some of the sunken islands and archipelagos in the ocean were pulled up by lightning rather than pushed up from below.
