Blog 4: the Nothing Burger - August 29th

Not much to say today, I guess. I recently went out to a club, I suppose? It was ok. Packed, and rather warm. Danced for a bit, but couldn't find anyone to dance with and the heat and noise was getting to me, so I just left.

Tomorrow I'm posting to Comical's Creations, on my other account on literature.cafe. I opened my collection of short stories that I've penned, and found one I plan on posting. Reading it over, it's almost alien to me. I know I wrote this, but it was some time ago and had almost forgotten about it. It's weird reading it over, because current me thinks its pretty good, and I'm wondering what past me was thinking when they wrote it. I mean, I can speculate, and take a pretty accurate guess that's probably true, but whatever emotions and feeling I had at the time are lost, except for whatever was preserved in the story itself. Rather sobering, and I think it's giving me a new perspective on things. When archeologists dig up a vase or pot, or find a cave with cave drawings, I wonder if they go through the same things? Wondering what the creators might have been feeling and thinking at the time, trying to grasp at meaning.

In previous blogs and in the sidebar, I've cursed at, verbally abused, and sexually harassed you, the reader, mostly because I thought it was funny, and have been trying to keep it up as a bit but I don't think I'm going to this one. Or maybe I will go back over it and actually insert it somewhere. If you've gotten to this point and feel offended, I apologize for future me (past me from your perpective, but I mean future me from my perspective will probably also be past me so less past me I guess). But like, fuck you anyways.

Who the hell reads these? Someone's upvoted a couple of these, and it's definitely not me on my other account because federation issues prevent it. I'm curious if someone's actually reading it and upvoting, or if someone just tosses an upvote while scrolling /new or something. Hey, if you're reading this, toss me a comment down below, won't you? Good boy. Or girl. Or enby. Or... fuck idk just insert whatever you want after "good" that turns you on or something, I'll let you sexually harass yourself this time.

Yeah idk. There's not much else to really say. I like Homestuck, and Karkat and Dave's dialogues might be influencing these posts to some degree, which I have absolutely no problem with. This blog update is kind of boring, isn't it? A huge nothing burger. I think I'll title it that.

Did you actually believe that? Because it's false, if you think I wrote that and then went and made the title. Title came first, you fuck wit. I already knew this shit was going to suck and I didn't have much content to write. So, like, I hope you choke on water the next time you hydrate yourself. Speaking of hydration, actually, go drink some water right fucking now, and straighten your back you thirsty shrimp. You better be drinking water right now, or help me satan, I will roast you so hard you'll be vomiting puke in the corner of your bathroom and we'll both be uncomfortable.

Edit: I lied, bitch. I've actually just come up with two more things to add.

1. I quite like it when it rains and storms. I like to sit out in my patio and drink tea and write, but thus far I've yet to actually do so, usually because I'm preoccupied when it begins raining and by the time I get around to it, the rain's mostly gone.

2. My laptop was running hot and my system monitor was reporting something called WebExtensions taking up 16% of my CPU. I thought it might have been YTmusic running in the background, but when I force stopped it, nothing happened. At least, I think nothing happened. I'm not sure what it was, and I'm rather concerned about it.
