Bade Ruşen Karadeniz, a student at Izmir University of Economics (IUE) Department of Industrial Design, has developed a special device called ‘Diren’ to be used in search-and-rescue operations after disasters.

Yağız Avcıoğlu (20), a student at Department of Business Administration, Izmir University of Economics (IUE), made a remarkable impact at the World Championship organized by the International Dance Organization (IDO) in Poland, winning three medals in the “ballet” category.

Inspired by kintsugi and sashiko techniques—traditional Japanese methods of fabric dyeing and pattern creation—Ortaç garnered significant praise for her designs.
