Izmir University of Economics academician Asst. Prof. Dr. Evrim Üstünlüoğlu, has achieved a phenomenal success on behalf of Turkey by qualifying to obtain the Levin Fellowship of the Levin Institute supported by the State University of New York (SUNY).
