Bilge Türköz (39), a mother of two children living in Izmir, followed her childhood dream by ignoring those who say, "You cannot study at this age, do not go on adventure, you cannot finish school", and she graduated from Izmir University of Economics (IUE) with the first place.

Prof. Dr. Osman Doluca, Acting Head of Department of Biomedical Engineering, Izmir University of Economics (IUE), reported that they have developed a diagnostic kit that is sensitive to the English, South African and Brazilian variants of the new type of coronavirus (Covid-19) and has a low risk of false negative results.
