Assoc. Prof. Dr. Osman Doluca and his 4 students from Izmir University of Economics (IUE) developed a 'PCR cabinet' that allows samples taken from cases to be prepared in a sterile environment before being sent for testing for the detection of the Covid-19 virus.

The 111-piece private collection prepared by senior students of  Department of Textile and Fashion Design, Faculty of Fine Arts and Design, Izmir University of Economics (IUE), will meet art lovers at the 'digital fashion show' on July 13. 

Melike Soylu, student of Department of English Translation and Interpretation, Izmir University of Economics (IUE),  came third in the "Poetry in Translation Competition" organized by Ankara Bilim University. Soylu, who translated the poem,

The Erasmus Student Network (ESN) Club, established within Izmir University of Economics (IUE), which has hosted 274 Erasmus students from 28 different countries in the last 5 years, has collected awards.
