Attention drawn to urban transformation projects, which are offered as salvation to metropolitans with unplanned urbanization that are not earthquake proof, focusing on housing rather than living. Prof. Dr. Mehmet Çınar Atay, Head of IUE Department of Architecture, Faculty of Fine Arts and Design, indicated that urban transformation projects needed to focus on building strong and aesthetic buildings for urban people rather than focusing on building cheap housing.

It has been stressed that the New Turkish Trade Law (TTK) would have tremendous effects on business world, and would bring many changes to our daily lives. Prof. Dr. Serdar Özkan, IUE Head of Department of Business Administration, who reviewed the new law after it became effective, pointed out that there was still so much to do regarding the implementation of the law, and especially the family businesses were motivated to become institutionalized.

The winner was a scary shark in shark-whale pair, and in fly-ladybug pair, the subjects imagined the cute ladybug on their right side. The research indicated that the left hemisphere of our brains, which is responsible for right visual area, had an efficient role in perceiving the objects emotionally.
